Andover Intel was founded with the goal of bringing the views of real buyers of technology to the forefront. We’re dedicated to growing our base of contacts in the user community, and so we’ve established a special program to encourage those users to interact with us. What we get out of it is a deeper understanding of the user side of technology, a side that’s often a poor second in visibility terms to the strident marketing of vendors. What you get out of it is the ability to get a hot line into technology insights that are often years ahead of anything else you could find.
If you go to Contact Us, you’ll find an email address that is for technology users only. We invite those users to email us to ask questions about technology, our blogs, and other network, cloud, IT, and AI matters. Or, if you like, just to offer some views or let us know how you’re using technology.
In order to use this email, all you have to do is send us messages from your company email account. We will never send you an email except to answer a comment or question you offer, and we will never share your email, name, or information with anyone unless you’ve given us permission to quote you in an article.
Your emails will go to me, Tom Nolle. I’ve been a strategy consultant and analyst in the telecommunications, media, and technology space for decades. I’ve won awards for my articles and insights, participated in some of the hottest projects, the most successful startups, of our age. If you’re a technology user and you send an email to our user-contact mailbox, I will reply, personally.
I can’t promise that we will be able to answer every question you might ask. In some cases, we may not know the answer, and in others the answer would simply be too complex for us to deliver at no cost. Please don’t ask us for an evaluation report, a competitive analysis, or something that’s really a request for consulting services!
If you are an end user, give this capability a try. It’s unlike anything you’ve seen before, and that’s a promise.
